The recipe says “Place in a refrigerator up to 30 days.” Does that mean it is only good to drink up to 30 days? Or 30 days in the fridge and then you can drink?

How long will the Pomegranate Moonshine last?

If you stain completely, if you choose to not strain totally you can store your moonshine in the fridge for about 30 days.
If you are straining completely: Just strain it into a forever container and store in the fridge or freezer and it will last for a very long time.
