How do I access my Voya account? ›

1-800-584-6001 You can access your account by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When calling for the first time, you'll need to verify your identity, then follow the prompts to have a code sent to you by the most convenient method you have on file with Voya (text, email, or U.S. Mail).

To access your account by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, call the Information Line at 1-844-DVA-401k (1-844-382-4015) and press 1 for the automated voice response system. You will need your Social Security Number and Password to utilize this system. If you don't have your Password, press 0.

To access your statements online, click on the Statements & Documents tab at the top of the page and select Statements. * Search Voya Retire in the Apple App Store® or on Google PlayTM store. You will log in with the same Username and Password used for the Plan website.

You can request a withdrawal online at VoyaRetirementPlans.com, or call a Voya Customer Service Associate at (800) 584-6001.

Online. The easiest way to check your 401(k) account balance is by logging in to a provider's website portal. Most companies outsource retirement and pension accounts to investment managers like Fidelity Investments, Merrill Edge, Charles Schwab Corp., and The Vanguard Group Inc.

By age 59.5 (and in some cases, age 55), you will be eligible to begin withdrawing money from your 401(k) without having to pay a penalty tax. You'll simply need to contact your plan administrator or log into your account online and request a withdrawal.

401(k) plans automatically send quarterly statements to their participants by mail. In addition, you can get your 401(k) statement by accessing your 401(k) account online and downloading your most recent statement, along with past statements for as long as you've been contributing to the plan.

If you do not elect a distribution method within 90 days after leaving, your account will be automatically rolled over to an individual retirement account at Voya.

You can request a loan through Loans & Withdrawals section. After you request a loan, a loan package will be mailed to you. The loan package includes a loan check with the promissory note on the back of the check, a loan issuance confirmation and a Truth-in-Lending statement.

To access your account online for the first time, you will need your Social Security Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your default PIN is initially set as the four-digit month and year of your birth (mmyy). You will then be asked to create a personalized user name and password for subsequent access.

A hardship distribution is a withdrawal from a participant's elective deferral account made because of an immediate and heavy financial need, and limited to the amount necessary to satisfy that financial need.

Every ATM is slightly different but you simply insert your debit card, enter your PIN (personal identification number), select the account you wish to withdraw money from (if you have more than one), enter the amount, and then wait for the ATM to give you your cash and a receipt.
